TFE Hotels partners with Like Magic on next-generation guest journey management solution

Zurich, 25.02.2026 – International hotel group TFE Hotels partners with Swiss-based guest experience and operations platform Like Magic to deliver a new guest journey management solution across its portfolio. 

The technology will enable TFE Hotels to simplify check-ins, enhance communication, and service requests, reducing manual processes and freeing up hotel teams to focus on delivering a seamless  guest experience.

Guests will benefit from a seamless, more personalised stay, with access to a range of features such as contactless check-ins and real-time communication with hotel teams.
